This family-friendly and totally immersive nighttime Halloween festival is great for families, date nights worthy of some hand holding, and anyone who just loves Halloween. This festival is ongoing from previous years, but different for 2026 in that it is now an evening-only festival – but that makes it that much more fun!
The Great Halloween Festival (GHF) offers its premier attraction, a half mile long immersive Halloween walking trail, as the centerpiece of the fun. Take your own pace as you stroll through an original artist-built environment full of highly theatrical lighting, whimsical characters and playful spooky details without the jump scares, so it makes it safe for the kids or the “scaredy cats” amongst you! Since it is a walking trail, you’ll have plenty of time to pose for photo opportunities along the trail.
The festival is a world built for Halloween. Everything is themed, everywhere you look. We think it is a great idea that the concepts, sets, environments, details and characters have been brought to life by local artists…so you won’t find this anywhere else.
You’ll experience a full evening of fun here. Besides the trail, there is a pumpkin patch to shop and for photos, tons of carved pumpkins everywhere you look, and plenty of midway games to play like our favorite…pumpkin bowling. There are also seasonal treats and festive mocktails to make the evening even more enjoyable. Be sure to pick out your pumpkins to take home with you from the patch on your way out. There is also a Halloween-themed (of course) gift shop onsite for the Halloween-lover.
