GOG.com Adds ‘Wolfenstein: The New Order’, ‘The Old Blood’ and Entire ‘Dishonored’ Series to Library

GOG.com has kicked off their Bethesda sale with the addition of two recent Wolfenstein titles, as well as the entire Dishonored series of games. Both series are available at a discount for the week, alongside other Bethesda properties including Fallout, The Elder Scrolls, Quake and DOOM.

Bethesda’s 2014 return to the grandaddy of first-person shooters in Wolfenstein: The New Order gave BJ and company a much-needed shot in the arm after 2009’s overlooked Wolfenstein. The mini follow-up a year later in The Old Blood gave us more carnage and gunplay that helped to put the series back on the map.

Meanwhile, Arkane Studios’ 2012 stealth-action game Dishonored brought back memories of stealth classic Thief in its gameplay, as well as its freedom to allow you to tackle missions in a variety of ways. The follow-up in 2016 improved on some of the first game’s shortcomings, while 2017’s standalone expansion, Death of the Outsider, wrapped up the second game’s narrative (though not entirely satisfying some fans).
