Cinedigm has acquired the domestic rights to the upcoming horror thriller The Voices, co-directed by Wesley Alley and Bradley Fowler, Bloody Disgusting learned.
“The story follows a young woman who seeks sanctuary at a remote family home, where she struggles to cope with her sister’s schizophrenia. All too soon, however, her own sanity begins to fray and security of the walls around her transform into a prison of her own making.”
The Voices features Amanda Markowitz (Love Meet Hope), Broadway star Victoria Matlock (“Wicked”), Brendan Sexton III (Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri), and horror icon Lin Shaye (Insidious, The Grudge).
It was produced by Alley, Fowler, Amanda Markowitz, Victoria Matlock & James Christopher Fechser. Co-producers include John W. Bosher, Chris Charles & Juri Koll, with Andy Wizenberg as Executive Producer.
This film is set for release on Digital and DVD this spring.
