‘Antlers’ Filmmaker Scott Cooper Will Direct ‘A Head Full of Ghosts’ Starring Margaret Qualley
It looks like Osgood Perkins is out as the director of A Head Full of Ghosts, an adaptation of Paul Tremblay‘s novel, as Deadline reports that Scott Cooper (Antlers) is now directing.
The site also reveals that Margaret Qualley (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood) will star.
Cooper, the site says, is working on revising the current draft of the script.
“When 8-year-old Merry’s older sister exhibits signs of an indeterminate and terrifying affliction, the Barrett family slowly tears itself apart. Now, 20 years later, Merry is confronted with her family’s traumatic past when Rachel, a journalist with a similarly haunted past, delves into the case, causing Merry to relive and reconsider the devastating memories of her childhood.”
Robert Downey Jr. is executive producing the adaptation.
