Lionsgate’s Leprechaun Returns pulls a Halloween 2018 and takes place following the events in the first Leprechaun, only this time Warwick Davis has been replaced by Linden Porco. Davis has played the title character in the 1993 film and several of its sequels before the 2014 reboot replaced him with Dylan ‘Hornswoggle’ Postl. Point is, it’s a little strange to see Porco throwing quips when this continues the original film’s story. Anyhow, here’s a brand new look at your new Leprechaun with some newer shots of the cast and crew.
In the brand new sequel directed by Steven Kostanski (The Void):
“The deadly, wisecracking Leprechaun is back in all his gory glory. When the sorority sisters of the Alpha Upsilon house decide to go green and use an old well as their water source, they unwittingly awaken a pint-sized, green-clad monster. The Leprechaun wants a pot of gold buried near the sorority house, but first, he must recover his powers with a killing spree—and only the girls of AU can stop him.“
Leprechaun Returns co-stars Mark Holton, reprising the role of Ozzie!
