Last year, Lunar Cult Studios launched a Kickstarter for their first-person Cthulhu-inspired game, Lust For Darkness. Now, not only do we get a new trailer for the game, but we also have a release date!
The gates to Lust’ghaa will be open on June 12 on Steam for the game, which if you need reminder, casts you as protagonist Jonathan Moon. Moon’s wife has been missing for a year, so when he receives a letter from his wife to head to a secluded mansion, he wastes no time in doing so. At the mansion, Moon witnesses an eldritch occult ceremony taking place, where the gates to another world, the profane, perverse land of Lusst’ghaa, are opened.
Using portals to travel between two different realities, the player will not only have to search for clues as to what happened to Moon’s wife, but also avoid the alien creatures of Lusst’ghaa, which over the course of hundreds of years of experiments, have transformed their bodies so that they could never cease to experience carnal delights.
