Forensics-Focused Psychological Horror Game ‘She’s Leaving’ Coming This Summer [Trailer]

White Paper Games isn’t the only dev dabbling in forensic investigation with their upcoming horror title. Developer/publisher Blue Hat Studio is currently working on their own psychological horror game in She’s Leaving. Focusing on crime and mystery, the first-person Survival Horror title will arrive later this summer on PC via Steam.

The game centres on Charles Dalton, a forensics analyst who specializes in blood spatter. Dalton has been called to House Haywood, a Tudor-era mansion, and tasked with using his expert skillset to solve the disappearances of multiple persons in the snowy region of Haywood. However, Dalton soon discovers that he’s not alone in the mansion’s darken halls.

Focusing on the real-life practices of forensic analysts, She’s Leaving features a mechanic that allows players to understand and uncover the truth behind the evidence they find. Through the dimly lit halls of an ancient home to the haze-covered docks of Haywood itself, players will journey through handcrafted environments, requiring them to be diligent in their search for evidence and the truth.

However, in this investigation, Dalton is armed only with a taser, requiring players to make decisions when faced with confrontation. Do you run and hide, or stand and fight?
