After the “oopsie” moment that leaked THQ Nordic’s Darksiders Warmastered Edition for the Nintendo Switch, leave it to EB Games Canada to break news that the game’s sequel, Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition, will be headed to the Switch, as well.
The product page for the game lists it for an August 20th release.
On top of that, those excited for THQ Nordic’s upcoming Biomutant, EB Games’ product page lists that game for a March 30, 2020 release for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
Darksiders II first launched for PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and PC in August 2012, followed by Wii U in 2012. The enhanced Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition launched for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in October 2015, followed by PC in November 2015.
In the sequel, Death is awakened by the End of Days, and embarks upon a quest to restore mankind, and redeem his brother, War. Along the way, the Horseman discovers that there are far worse things than an earthly Apocalypse, and that an ancient grudge may threaten all of Creation.
