‘Poultrygeist 2: Dawn of the Chicken Dead’ Teaser – Troma’s Fowl Sequel Hatches in 2026
You may have survived Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead, but you still aren’t ready for Poultrygeist 2: Dawn of the Chicken Dead.
Watch the sequel’s teaser trailer below. As you might expect from a Troma production, it’s not safe for work.
Plot details have yet to be revealed, but writer-director Mercedes the Muse is aiming to create the “fowlest” movie ever — full of practical effects, twisted musical numbers, extreme gore, and unspeakable acts.
Andrew L. Miller (Mr. Melvin) produces, with Troma’s Lloyd Kaufman (who directed the original Poultrygeist) and Michael Herz serving as executive producers.
The cast includes Sadie Santanas, Knotty Peach, Christina Von Eerie, and Vada Callisto alongside Troma legends Mark Torgl (The Toxic Avenger), Debbie Rochon (Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV), and Kaufman.
Released in 2006, Poultrygeist saw zombified chickens attack a fast-food restaurant built on an ancient burial ground.
The sequel will hatch in 2026. Follow the journey on Instagram.
