Co-op Survival Horror Game ‘7 Minutes in Hell’ Out Now in Early Access on Steam [Trailer]

There’s plenty of choice when it comes to co-op Survival Horror titles this Halloween, and Gaggle Studios recently added to that choice with 7 Minutes in Hell, which is out now in Early Access on Steam. The team has also laid out its future plans for the title with its Early Access Roadmap, with new features being added on a monthly basis up to the new year.

7 Minutes in Hell tweaks the co-op formula with its livestream game show premise, where contestants risk big to win big. Contestants have seven minutes to snatch as much loot and valuables as they can before making their escape. Of course, to do so, you’ll need to avoid the various monsters, obstacles and traps in the arena, under the watchful eye of the host, JRDarkX. You’ll also need to work together (or work to backstab each other). If you survive, you can try your luck again and come back for even more danger and even bigger rewards.

Don’t have anyone to play with you? Don’t worry, you can try your luck in the arena on your own, but if you mess up, you have no one else to blame.

If you survive your 7 minutes in hell, you can use your winnings after each round to buy more gear, from flashlights to first-aid kits. You can even get perks from your trusty sponsors. Before each round, you can select a sponsor to provide you with some additional support. Receive special items or temporary boosts, the choice in sponsors might make all the difference for you to survive. Honestly, anything you pick up could make the difference between life or death.
