Those of you who have slept on Immaculate through its first couple of weekends in theaters now have the chance to see the film for the low, low price of $6.66. Yes, really. Indeed, the folks at NEON have partnered with several major theater chains to offer specially priced tickets to see the film this Wednesday, April 3. All tickets, all showtimes, one devilishly good price. Plan accordingly.

The partnership for these low-priced screenings extends to AMC, Regal, Marcus and Harkins Theaters locations across the U.S. Sydney Sweeney stars in the religious horror flick, which has been generating a great deal of buzz since its world premiere at SXSW last month. The film was directed by Michael Mohan, and you can read our interview with him and writer Andrew Lobel right here

Immaculate $6.66 tickets

Immaculate has been a solid hit for NEON in the early going. The film opened to $5.46 million, which was the biggest opening weekend ever for a movie released by the company. It has since amassed more than $11 million domestically (and counting). Understandably, the powers that be have taken the opportunity to further capitalize on the film’s success with this rather clever promotion. For those who may not be familiar yet, the synopsis for the film reads as follows:

“Sydney Sweeney stars as Cecilia, an American nun of devout faith, embarking on a new journey in a remote convent in the picturesque Italian countryside. Cecilia’s warm welcome quickly devolves into a nightmare as it becomes clear her new home harbors a sinister secret and unspeakable horrors.”

Sweeney both produced and stars in the film. She fought for years to get the movie made and used her star power thanks to her roles in shows like HBO’s Euphoria to get it done. It marked a reunion between Sweeney and Mohan, as he previously directed the actress in 2021’s The Voyeurs. If things keep going well, it wouldn’t be remotely surprising if they decide to join forces once again for another project down the line. You can also check out Sweeney’s list of her favorite horror films of all time, which she was kind enough to share with Fango recently.

The cast for the film also includes Simona Tabasco (The White Lotus), Álvaro Morte (Money Heist) and Benedetta Porcaroli (7 Women and a Murder).
