“Jungle Awakens”: First ‘Minecraft Dungeons’ DLC Arrives Next Month

The Mojang Blog has revealed that action-RPG spinoff Minecraft Dungeons will be receiving its first DLC starting in July. As well as the DLC, Mojang are working on patching in cross-platform functionality and some “cool new free content”.

The first DLC, entitled Jungle Awakens, is a three-mission adventure set in the jungle, and features new weapons, armor, and artifacts, as well as new enemies like the leapleaf, poison quill vine, and jungle zombie. The blog also revealed the second DLC called Creeping Winter, which still has yet to have a release date.

Minecraft Dungeons is available now for Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
