International Trailer for Blumhouse’s ‘Fantasy Island’ Has New Footage and 100% More Michael Rooker
Blumhouse & Sony are taking us back to Fantasy Island on February 14, 2020, and this time around, the island’s visitors have stumbled into a full-on nightmare situation.
The international trailer for the film is home to footage we hadn’t seen in the official trailer here in the States, giving us our first look at a knife-wielding Michael Rooker!
“The island ain’t what you think it is,” Rooker’s character warns one of the other characters, seemingly playing a Crazy Ralph-type role. Check out the new trailer below.

In Fantasy Island:
“The Enigmatic Mr. Roarke (played by Michael Peña) makes the secret dreams of his lucky guests come true at a luxurious but remote tropical resort. But when the fantasies turn into nightmares, the guests have to solve the island’s mystery in order to escape with their lives.”
Lucy Hale (Truth or Dare) also stars with Michael Rooker, Charlotte McKinney, Parisa Fitz-Henley and Austin Stowell.
Truth or Dare’s Jeff Wadlow directed a script written by Wadlow, Chris Roach and Jillian Jacobs.
