Mashing up Christmas with HP Lovecraft in a video game? Why not? That’s exactly what’s going on again with Zeboyd Games’ Cthulhu Saves Christmas, which was just announced earlier today.
Not many details have been released for the game, although the story has Santa Claus being kidnapped by the League of Christmas Evil, and only Cthulhu can save him. Joining you on your quest are Belsnickel, the Snow Maiden, and Baba Yaga-chan.
The turn-based game will also have you fighting the likes of the Krampus, Mari Lwyd, and other Christmas League of Evil villains. And yes, there will be tentacles and insanity.
