Cool New Art for Alexandre Aja’s ‘Crawl’ Highlights the Hungry Threat Under the Surface
If the storm doesn’t get you… they will.
Alexandre Aja (High Tension, The Hills Have Eyes, Piranha 3D) is back this summer with Crawl, which traps Kaya Scodelario inside a house that’s quickly filling up with both water and hungry alligators. We’ve got a new piece of poster art for ya today, which is pretty damn cool!
In Crawl…
When a massive hurricane hits her Florida hometown, Haley (Kaya Scodelario) ignores evacuation orders to search for her missing father (Barry Pepper). Finding him gravely injured in the crawl space of their family home, the two become trapped by quickly encroaching floodwaters. As time runs out to escape the strengthening storm, Haley and her father discover that the rising water level is the least of their fears.
Produced by Sam Raimi, Crawl arrives on July 12.
Updated with hi-res UK version of the one-sheet.
