Produced by Guillermo del Toro, CBS Films and Lionsgate will release their Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark adaptation in theaters on August 9, 2019, and tonight brings the official poster art for the film. It was shared by del Toro on Twitter, and the imagery is sure to be familiar to fans of Stephen Gammell’s classic illustrations for Alvin Schwartz’s books.
