Every time I see more of Mundfish’s Atomic Heart, it gets progressively weirder. The weird world mixed with some awesomely weird visuals, coupled with the weird atmosphere, screams for you to play it. Even if it’s weird. And with the latest gameplay trailer provided by IGN, it doesn’t make that scream go away.
Things like giant furry creatures with bloody “heads”, chickens and humans suspended in water, tons of oddly-constructed robots and cyborgs, make this open-world dystopia a surefire solution to fill that hole left by BioShock (until 2K decides to get around to making the next entry).
Still no release date for the game, other than it being this year some time for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
