Director Cedric Nicolas-Troyan’s Netflix Action Thriller ‘Kate’ Has One Hell of a Cool Storyline

Via THR tonight, Cedric Nicolas-Troyan (The Huntsman: Winter’s War) has signed on to direct an action thriller titled Kate for Netflix, with Deadpool 2 director David Leitch on board to executive produce. And man are we loving the plot of this one.
The site details, “The script [written by] Umair Aleem follows a female assassin who, after being poisoned and with less than 24 hours to live, goes on a manhunt through the streets of Tokyo to take vengeance on her murderer before she dies.”
Bryan Unkeless (I, Tonya) and Kelly McCormick (Atomic Blonde) are producing.
