Robert Kurtzman Movie Prop and Art Auction Live: ‘Army of Darkness’, ‘Wishmaster’, ‘Dusk till Dawn’ and More!
Over the past two weeks, we’ve been teasing Hanlin’s Hollywood Memorabilia‘s forthcoming auction that celebrates the career of K.N.B. co-founder Robert Kurtzman. We’ve shared early concept art for the Wes Craven-produced Wishmaster, which Kurtzman directed, and the same for Robert Rodriguez‘s From Dusk till Dawn. In fact, there are so many goodies being auctioned off that you’ll find unused concept models for the unfilmed horror such as Junk, which would have once again teamed Kurtzman and Craven.
The auction is now LIVE and open for public bidding. You can now own any of the aforementioned works of art, not to mention dozens of other surprises you’ll find while browsing through the massive catalog.
Fan of Army of Darkness? There’s early concept art of the “Pit Bitch”. Are you a Kevin Smith fan? There are screen-used Tusk and Yoga Hosers props, including a rare Nazi sausage suit that was made for Jason Mewes, who was originally set to star in the role (until his claustrophobia forced him to back out). Other rare items come from films including Hulk, Phantoms, The Mist, Spawn, Vampire In Brooklyn, Hisss, Hostel: Part III and more.
Hanlin’s Hollywood Memorabilia auction is LIVE with full catalog and bidding available either here or here.
