Just about a month after pulling the plug on Firebase, which was to be crowd-funded through his new creative venture Oats Studios, District 9 and Chappie director Neill Blomkamp has a new project on the horizon, with Deadline reporting today that Blomkamp will direct Chris Evans in a natural disaster thriller titled Greenland.
Filming is set to begin in the fourth quarter of 2018.
Greenland is the story of a family’s fight for survival in the face of a cataclysmic natural disaster.
