Today Crytek have unveiled the first major update today for its asymmetrical monster shooter, Hunt: Showdown. The update comes partly as a response to community feedback regarding campers. To combat this, the level architecture and layout have been tweaked, as well as the big incentive to actually participate: rewards for players who successfully banish the boss.
Other enhancements include new weapons, bombs, hunter traits and outfits, along with the expected bug fixes and changes that improve Hunt‘s overall optimization and gameplay experience.
