Plot details are still unknown for the tentatively titled Goosebumps 2, and we don’t even know if Jack Black will be returning, but a cast of young stars is taking shape.
Variety reports tonight that Jeremy Ray Taylor, Ben from last year’s IT, will star alongside Madison Iseman (Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle), Ben O’Brien (Manchester by the Sea) and Caleel Harris (“Castle Rock”).
Last we heard, Sony was releasing the film October 12, 2018, but that’s likely to change.
Ari Sandel (The Duff) is developing the project as director. Neal H. Moritz of Original Film and Deborah Forte of Silvertongue Films are producing.
